Using Feeds...

I have toyed with the idea of using feeds as some of my basic content on my blogs, mainly because I can find extremely specialized information and provide it to readers faster that way. I would then do a personal, targeted entry about once per month, that would tie in one of my affiliate products with the last 4 feed updates.

Do you think this could help build my reader base without my being chained to the computer for hours and days on end?.

I think feeds are a good way for any site to make sure to keep their readers interested and informed. It is even better if you can tie advertising to the feeds so you can make some profit that way.
