Whats wrong with adsense?
I have noticed that over the past few days my adsense stats have taken ages to update.
Anyone else noticed anything?

It's updating instantly for me. I'm not sure what's wrong. :S
It could be that Google is currently working on google adsense and improving it or they could just be haing some problems with their server being slow.
Why don't you try contacting them!
If it happens next week then I will get in contact with them but its probably an update or something similar.

I have recently heard about someone using Google Analytics and they had a few issues but I have not had any issues with it.

Maybe a database or script error.

yea they have update problems. growing pains and they need more servers
They have a lot of servers that cost them millions and I have started having that problem again today.
