I believe you can use it for any country as I have used a £25 one and was using dollars to fund the account.
It just uses the exchange rate and so they would make it something like $60.

£30 is the value if credit inside the voucher. You just have to apply them and everything else will be just like normal, no spesification on UK's turf.

I got one of these free in a .net magazine.. mine expires 31/07/08 (UK date). I have a use for it and I probably would sell it but I need it. These can be got from many places, such as signups, magazine handouts, subscription rewards etc. So if it is being sold for USD5 then it can't be brought (Well I think not)
