Caveat Emptor

I have had bad experiences with PTC programmes and I was wondering if others could share their stories with us.

I had used Advercash, Adbux and a few others and never made enough cash.

I also used bux.to and made ore than the cash out amount, cashed it out and never received the cash.

I spent a lot of time trying to get a little money.

I now spend my time on University, running my own business or working for another and I earn more money through these means than I made on the ptc programmes as by the end I hadnt made anything anyway.

Re: Caveat Emptor

Im usually lucky if i pay for my hosting fees.

Theres 100s of programmes out there, unfortunately none are in the league of Google Adsense/Yahoo Publisher.
And yahoo publisher isnt out of beta yet (usa only).

Ive seen it stated on other sites, that youd probably get 15-200% more if you were using Adsense, compared to whatever program that your using now.

Re: Caveat Emptor

Google Adsense is not a PTC programme. It is a service for displaying ads on your site.

It is different, so is Yahoo Publisher.

Re: Caveat Emptor

Hes talking about a site where you get paid like... a penny or so to click on an ad, or to view a page for 30 seconds, or to complete a survey. I tried it once, found it annoying, did the math for the maximum number of ads per day -vs- the minimum payout, and figured it would take months to receive my first pay, and gave up.

RE: Caveat Emptor

to make money online, I use http://mysearchfunds.co.uk . They pay you about 0.20£ per search you make on google. You guys can try it out and tell me what you think about it...

Cheers...
